Freeform Grid
The Freeform Grid empowers you to bring your ideas to life without limitations. With its flexible structure, you can effortlessly create timelines, branches, and intricate plot connections, allowing your creativity to flourish in an intuitive and dynamic way.
To get started, double-click on the plot options located at the bottom left. This will open a menu showcasing the available options, which function similarly to those in the Standard Grid:

As mentioned, some of these buttons work similarly to the ones in the Standard Grid, functioning for you to add different types of Plot Points into this grid:

You can add Outlines, Scenes, Elements, and custom Plot Points that can be utilized to add, for example, scenes or locations from your story. You can also modify, add the plot point in your manuscript, or delete these points just by right-clicking on them:

The Group node allows you to organize your plot points in boxes to classify them within your board:

And the Text Node allows you to add any text to your board, either as a small note, description, or extra text related to your manuscript:

You can move your Plot Points and connect them, as well as remove the connection link between them, with just a few clicks:

You also have the Zoom options at the bottom left to control your view, and if you wish, you can reset your Zoom settings back to Default:
