Version History

The Version History feature allows you to view, copy, and delete previous versions of your chapters and manuscript. It serves as a reliable way to recover lost content or revisit earlier drafts, offering a smooth and intuitive experience for tracking your writing progress over time.

You can check your Version History by clicking on ''Revision'', located at the top:

By clicking on the first option, ''View Version History'', your right sidebar will show all the available versions and sub-versions of your manuscript:

As shown in the screenshot above, the Version History displays all the days and dates when you've written, based on your content activity. By clicking the arrows next to each entry, you can expand the view to reveal sub-versions—giving you a detailed breakdown of your writing progress on each day.

You can revert to an old version, delete, edit, or simply copy the content of the version.

Version History retains your saved content for up to six months, allowing you to revisit and restore previous drafts within that timeframe.
