Manuscript
The manuscript section is your central organization hub. Here, you can manage, edit, or delete your chapters. Opening this section allows you to view your entire project, including chapters, sub-chapters, outlines, folders, and screenplays.

Use the tools in the top-right corner to streamline your workflow. Here, you can search for specific content, manage your manuscript and chapter settings, or add new chapters, sub-chapters, screenplays, and folders.

To modify an element, simply tap the pencil icon. If you need to remove one, tap the "X." You also have the option to convert any chapter or sub-chapter directly into a screenplay format, duplicate it, use it as a template, and select a status for it.

Select Status
Let's talk a bit about the feature ''Select Status'':
Chapter statuses act as a visual guide for your progress. This feature allows you to label your chapters with tags like "Ready" or "Pending," making it easy to see at a glance which parts of your manuscript are complete and which still need work.
To create a new status, simply select "Add Status." A window will appear where you can define the name and style of your new status tag.

To begin, enter a name for your status and choose a color. You can create a custom shade or select one directly from the curated livingwriter palette.

Once you're finished, click ''Add'' to save and activate your new status.

Now, let's talk a bit about ''Primary'' and ''Secondary'' statuses. Depending on your settings, you can visualize all statuses or just the primary one. In this case, the primary status will be the only one visible when you wish to check your statuses. You can also change your primary status if you wish to do so.

It is important that you have your secondary statuses selected; if not, they will not be visible on your chapters. Once selected, you can simply tap ''Manuscript'' from the bottom menu, and tap on top of your chapter's status to check it and edit it:

And lastly, you can access your status settings by clicking on the gear icon at the right, and scrolling to the right:
