AI Rewrite

The AI Rewrite is an incredibly useful tool that can help you rewrite any text of your choice in just a few seconds. It quickly analyzes your text and provides an improved version that maintains the original meaning while enhancing clarity and readability. This tool is perfect for refining your writing, ensuring that your content is polished and effective, all without the time-consuming effort of manual revision.

To start, you need to select your text and at the top of it, a box with options will show up. The AI Rewrite is the third one:

You can also find the option available in the toolbar by clicking on the AI icon as well:

Just make sure your text is selected, otherwise the option will not work.

Now, after clicking on the AI Rewrite, a new window will show up:

As shown in the screenshot above, you can view the text you have selected and provide specific input to the AI on how you would like it to be rewritten. You have the flexibility to choose any style and tone for the rewritten text, allowing you to tailor the output to your preferences and needs.

Once you have typed in your instructions to the AI, just click on ''Rewrite'' and watch the magic happen.

The AI Rewrite also saves all the prompts you type in, providing a more comfortable and efficient experience. This eliminates the need to re-type prompts you have previously used, streamlining your workflow and allowing you to focus on refining your text.

Once your text has been rewritten, you have two options:

You can insert it right away into your manuscript, or you can save the original text and insert the rewritten one. You can find the options at the bottom of the window:

If you decide to Stash the original text, you can easily locate it in the Stash section in the right sidebar. You'll be able to find all your stashed content conveniently stored there. This ensures that your original text is safely preserved, allowing you to access it whenever needed and compare it with the rewritten version at your convenience.
