The AI Rewrite feature helps you transform any paragraph or sentence of your manuscript in just seconds. Whether you want your writing to sound more formal, more conversational, more concise, or more engaging, you can choose the style and tone that best fits your goals.

This tool is designed to support and enhance your writing—not replace your voice. It offers fresh phrasing, clearer structure, and improved readability while keeping your original meaning intact. You can quickly locate it on the top menu:

To get started, you will simply need to select the sentence or paragraph you want to rewrite. When the rewrite window appears, you’ll be able to choose the tone and style you want, and once you’ve made your selections, the tool will rewrite your text to match the feel you’re going for:

If you’d prefer to save the rewritten version for later instead of inserting it right away, you can stash it. Just click the second button in the rewrite window, and the text will be stored for you to use whenever you’re ready:

Now, let’s take a look at the second tab in the AI Rewrite feature—the Instructions tab.

In this tab, you can create a set of instructions that will automatically apply to all your future rewrites. This means you won’t have to retype your preferences every time—you can simply set them once and let the tool handle the rest.
