# Research Board

The Research Board provides an intuitive and structured way to organize information. You can create sections to categorize your research, making it easy to manage different topics or themes. Within each section, you can add elements such as articles, images, and other resources, ensuring that your research remains organized and easily accessible.

You can access the Research Board on the left sidebar:

The Research Board is organized into sections, allowing you to structure and manage your research efficiently. Since this is your first time creating a section, you have two options to proceed: you can either click the button located in the middle of the screen or use the one at the top.

Once clicked, you will now be presented with this pop-up window:

You will be required to type in the name of your section, and you can choose to add a description, an image cover, or generate one with AI:

After creating your New Section, you will be automatically redirected to it. Think of it as a folder where you can store and organize various types of content. Within this section, you can add articles, images, documents, and notes by clicking the buttons at the top right. This will ensure that all relevant materials are neatly structured and easily accessible.

In this case, let's add our first article.

Once you have created your new article, you can now open the link inside of it, leave a comment, edit it, or delete.

Now let's add a Note.

You can write on it immediately after creating it, expand it, and delete it if you wish to do so.

You can upload images:

And documents as well! But be aware, you can only upload documents in DOCX and PDF format.

Navigating the Research Board is simple and intuitive, making it easy to keep track of key aspects of your story’s research. With its structured design, you can efficiently organize and access important materials, ensuring that everything remains well-managed and readily available. Whether you're compiling articles, images, documents, or notes, the Research Board provides a seamless way to keep your information structured and accessible as you develop your story.
